Orders will usually begin processing within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays, and will typically ship within 24 hours pending credit verification.
Packages that are returned to MIKKADOS, LLC due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address, customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with resending the package.
The standard shipping is Priority Mail via USPS, 2-3 days delivery (including Saturdays) from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that the order is placed. We also offer Priority Express for expedited deliveries. Pre-order items have ship dates listed in the item description. If you choose Priority Express for a pre-order item, it will NOT ship Express until the listed ship date. The shipping fee added to your order includes the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, insurance, shipping and handling. Every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number.
Due to high volumes some orders may ship after 1-3 business days upon ordering; however, depending on the volume of orders, please allow 5-7 business days (except on pre-orders and hand made harnesses) to process your order. If you select express shipping, your order will ship out the same day if the order is placed by 1:00pm EST. Express orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship out the following business day. Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the next business day.
Please note that MIKKADOS, LLC is NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked “Delivered” by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777.

Priority: $12.00 (flat rate) 2-3 Days (Saturday Included)
Express: $35.00 (flat rate) 1-2 Business Days*
*Priority express ships out the same day if the order is placed by 1:00pm EST. Express orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship out the following business day.
MIKKADOS, LLC is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with weather and package origin and destination.
PRE-ORDERS
When pre-orders are available we allow customers to purchase products while in the production phase. With that, any product marked pre-order will have a ship date in the item description. Products may ship on or before the date provided. Once a pre-order item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail and your order will ship using the method chosen at checkout.
If a pre-order item is purchased with “ready to ship” products, we will NOT separate the order as shipping is paid for once. The entire order will ship together on or before the scheduled pre-order ship date.
