Orders will usually begin processing within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays, and will typically ship within 48 hours pending credit verification.
We will email you a tracking number when your order ships. We will contact you immediately if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 6:00 pm CST will not begin processing until the following business day.

MIKKADOS offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. In the US, we have options that range from overnight to standard depending on your needs. For our local Texans, we also offer a same day delivery option. For our international fashionistas we offer an expedited (3-5 business days) or standard (10-20 business days, depending on the location). Orders are generally shipped out the same day if purchased before 4:00 pm CST Monday – Friday.
All domestic US orders totaling $75 and over (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free Standard (2-3 Business Days) Shipping. International orders totaling over $250 and over qualify for free Standard International (5-20 Business Days) Shipping. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional charge.
It generally takes 2-3 business days to inspect and process your return after it has arrived to our distribution center. Returns are processed in the order that they are received. It could take an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund on your original form of payment, depending on your banking institution.
What items cannot be returned?
Any MIKKADOS Items that are listed as “Final Sale” on its web site along with any bodysuits, swimsuits, under garments and earrings cannot be returned.
I would like to exchange an item for a different size, what do I do?
Please contact our customer service department first if you need to initiate an exchange at email@example.com. After the exchange request has been acknowledged and approved, the customer is responsible for returning the items to be exchanged.
We advise using a trackable service for all returns. MIKKADOS, LLC is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.
Due to the exclusivity and limited availability of our items, all sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment unless it falls under fault of MIKKADOS, LLC. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE – NO EXCEPTIONS. We will permit the exchange of the same item pending its availability of stock. All orders must be returned in it’s original packaging with original tags, unwashed and free from any damages within 72 hours of delivery. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
